Charger is flashing orange and green

 

If you’re experiencing issues with your board, our team will need a video to diagnose the problem accurately. Please ensure the following:

• Are you using the correct charger that came with your board?
• Is everything plugged in properly?
• Check if the charger cable might be faulty or damaged.
• Can you turn on the board while it’s charging?

Typically, the battery charge indicator has two states:

• Red: The board is plugged in and charging.
• Green: The batteries are fully charged.
