Are the import taxes included? – ONSRA

Shipping policies vary based on your location and the shipping origin. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:

www.onsracalifornia.com: Orders are fulfilled from our Las Vegas center, with import taxes included in the price.
www.onsra.eu: We have a warehouse in Germany, and all taxes within Europe are included. If you’re in Europe, please order from this site.
www.onsra.ch: Orders from our main office in Switzerland include all local import taxes.
www.onsra.com: Shipping details and tax information for each country are provided during checkout. If you have questions or need clarification, please contact us.

Exceptions:

UK: Until the end of 2020, orders were shipped from Germany with no additional tax. Starting January 2021, UK orders will require tax payment, and we are working on a new solution for the future.
Norway: Not part of the EU, so please order from www.onsra.com, where prices are adjusted without VAT. If you order from www.onsra.eu, an 18% VAT will be deducted (discount codes not included).
Canada: Shipping is handled from the USA, so import taxes are not included. You will need to pay these upon arrival in Canada.
Worldwide: For any other countries, please contact us for specific details, as shipping and tax regulations vary.
