For electric skateboard beginners, we offer a special Slow/Beginner Mode, and all parameters can be adjusted using the new NX Remote controller (see video below).
Mode 1: Our electric skateboards are set to a maximum speed of 20 km/h for safety. We recommend starting at this speed, especially if you’re new to riding. While those with board sports experience may adapt faster, anyone can learn to ride with practice.
We suggest starting with a longboard electric skateboard, which offers greater stability than a shortboard due to its longer deck. Larger wheels provide a smoother ride; therefore, we recommend wheels 100mm or larger to better handle obstacles like stones and pebbles. The 115mm rubber wheels are an excellent choice for beginners, offering a blend of comfort and performance.
Key Features of 115mm Rubber Wheels:
- Diameter: 115mm x 64mm
- Smoothness: Exceptionally smooth
- Durometer: 70A, providing a grippy and long-lasting ride
Recommendations for Beginners:
- Choose a longboard over a shortboard
- Opt for larger, softer wheels for a more comfortable ride
- Start with Mode 1 for safety
- Use kick-push instead of full acceleration to ease into riding
For added safety and peace of mind, we highly recommend our ESKATE Gloves as an essential accessory for beginners. Investing in these gloves will not only make you feel significantly safer but also provide crucial protection for your wrists. It's an invaluable investment that prioritizes your well-being:
